FIND PURPOSE
God made you for a purpose. He desires to extend His grace to you through life IN Christ & then extend His grace through you to others through life on mission.
Connect with a mission greater than yourself.
We don’t want anyone to feel like they’ve wasted their life. We want you to put your talents to use for the good of those around you and for the glory of God. Over the course of the next year, we expect to be involved in the following mission opportunities (plus more). Join us!
Bus stop buffet - Friday afternoons at Oak Villa Mobile Home Park – Provide snacks and Good News to kids at West St. Tammany’s largest Mobile Home Park.
Homeless outreach - Provide food and supplies and relationship to those in need. This is a partnership with City Life NOLA.
Faith in Action Sunday - 4 Sundays a year we gather for worship, and then we scatter for service projects throughout our community.
International missions - Use your gifts through medical mission trips, teacher trainings, children’s work, construction, and more. Get your passport, and travel with us to places like Honduras, Zimbabwe, Cuba, and Scotland.
Want to do something to make a difference in your neighborhood? Use our Block Party trailer to host a party in your neighborhood and find out how you can begin to serve needs on the streets around you.
You can live a life of purpose and mission - but you can’t do it while hoarding your talents and possessions. Read this to see examples of ways to include generosity as a part of your spiritual life.
We desire to be a church of disciples who gather & scatter. We want to worship together, train together, and serve together. Learn how you can join us on our disciple-making mission.

Our primary goal is making disciples
Jesus’ final words to his disciples were this:
“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
We want to equip everyone in our community to obey this command.
