Connect with God

God’s design for creation was for it to be a perfect place of fellowship between God and man. Sin corrupted this design and created separation and enmity between God and man. Because of sin, the world was cursed with grief, sorrow, pain, and death. In His love, God sent Jesus Christ to atone for sin, defeat death, and restore relationship with God.

You can connect with God’s original design for your life by saying Yes to Jesus -placing your faith and trust in him.

  1. Admit that you’re a sinner & ask God to forgive you. “For all have sinned & fall short of the glory of God” Romans 3:23, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just & will forgive us our sins & cleanse us from every wrong.” 1 John 1:9

  2. Believe that Jesus died to pay for your sins & that He is alive today. “if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ & believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9

  3. Accept God’s free gift of salvation. Don’t try to earn it. “For it is by grace you are saved, through faith — & this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God — not by works, so that no one can boast.” Ephesians 2:8,9

  4. Invite Jesus Christ to come into your life & be the Leader (“Lord”) of your life. “to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, He gave the right to become children of God” John 1:12
